A New Start To the Blog and Launching a Podcast

It has been too long since I have written or added content to this blog. Since the Pandemic has rocked the USA and World, I wanted to contribute and support my community and friends. This started with three of Instagram Livestreams that had a small but positive response. Unfortunately I was not able to record them, my fault but Instagram does not make this intuitive in their UI. I moved to Zoom and YouTube and finally last week I established a Podcast of the same name and branding and going forward I will link posts to my podcast here. I am excited to share with you my first official podcast, a frank discussion with fellow doctors, a family medicine doctor, emergency medicine physician and Anesthesiologist; with my board certification in Internal Medicine and Psychiatry I think we covered the bases in experties 😉 Andy and John are Medical Directors for Major International Mountain-Trail-Ultramarathons (Western States 100 Endurance Run, Tahoe Rim Trail 100 and Broken Arrow Sky Race Series) Dr. Joann Ellero works with Andy, disclosure they are a powerhouse married couple, and has years of experience in medical care during remote mountain Ultramarathons. Enjoy our discussion and musing on how the Coronavirus Era Will affect Endurance Sports!
